Digital Millennium Copyright Act
It is the policy of YourQtip.com to adhere to
the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998. A summary of the

Upon notification of infringement,
YourQtip.com will take action to remove material claimed to be
the subject of infringing activity.
Infringement Notification:
To file an infringement notification with
YourQtip.com, a written communication by regular mail must be
provided with the items specified below. Please note that you
will be held liable for damages if you materially misrepresent
that an activity is infringing on your copyrights. If you are
not sure whether certain material of yours is protect by
copyright laws, we recommend that you first contact an
attorney.
To ensure quick processing of your request,
please use the format below:
1. Identify with sufficient detail the
copyrighted work that you believe has been infringed upon. This
should include the title of the musical piece, the location of
the link from our site (including the id number embedded within
the link), and the name of the artist for the work in question
(if applicable).
2. Provide information reasonably sufficient for
YourQtip.com to contact you. For example, your name, email
address, phone number, and postal address.
3. Provide information, if possible, sufficient
to allow YourQtip.com to notify the owner/administrator of
the web server that allegedly contains the infringing material
(email address is preferred).
4. Include the following statement: "I have a
good faith belief that use of the copyrighted materials above on
the allegedly infringing web pages is not authorized by the
copyright owner, its agent, or the law."
5. Include the following statement: "I swear,
under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and
that I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on behalf
of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed."
6. Sign the document with your full name.
7. Send us an email

address that you should send your letter to (emails are
not an acceptable method to claim copyright ownership and/or
report an infringement)
